You can be a PADI certified open water scuba diver in as little as two weeks with our training program that is specifically designed for you as an individual- not as another face in a crowded class of 10-12 people! we limit each class to 8 people

Kirk's is the premier SCUBA training facility on the Treasure coast! Our instructors have over 25 years teaching experience, and the patience and professional integrity to provide a quality learning experience.

Included in your training cost are all of the learning materials. We us PADI's online learning program "E-Learning". When you pick up your Student Kit, we provide you with a link to access your online training materials. You can proceed with your online homework at your own pace to prepare for you formal training with us!!

Each student must provide “Scuba quality” mask, snorkel, fins, and weights. If you already own these, your instructor can OK them for class use. If you need to purchase them, Kirk's features Scubapro, the highest quality gear, priced to fit your budget. We want your business and we will sell you gear that you will be happy with for years to come!

We will supply all additional gear that you will need for your training, and our equipment is absolutely the best! We use Scubapro weight integrated BCDs, regulators, and Uwatec dive computers. Our equipment fits great, works great, and we deliver it to the pool and open water dive trips! Equipment that fits and performs well will make you a more comfortable diver.

We use a large heated pool for our training with plenty of room and depth for learning.  Our initial open water dives are done in the intracoastal under very controlled conditions. Our deeper certification dives are done in West Palm Beach from a charter boat.

How do you get started? Simple! When you come in to sign up, you will receive the student kit. Read the book at your own leisure. When you’re finished with the book, watch the Open Water video, and complete the questions at the end of each chapter in the book. We can confirm a start date for you at any time, and you will be just two weekends away from enjoying the beauty and excitement of the underwater world!  We also offer weekend or private lessons for those who have scheduling conflicts, or just desire a more personal approach.
